They will put one sign in the yard, but won't put flyers in it. They will list your house on MLS, but it will have the wrong address and map to your house, wrong descriptions and pictures. They will bring signs to your open house the day of, and promptly leave you to host your own open house. They will call you back, after you leave a million nasty messages. They will be rude no matter what. They will NOT lift one finger to actually do their job- sell your house. Don't waste your time, money or sanity.

I'll try to simplify this. I used them. It did save me money. Perhaps that is the most important thing for you- hey I thought that was what was important to me. Turns out, they weren't worth the savings.

At lease rotten milk isn't rude and doesn't talk to you as if you are an idiot.

My realtor was absentee at best once he had cashed my up-front check. After that, rude, rude, rude. It was as if I was bothering him by trying to get in touch with him during the negotiations. The fact that my house sold was pure luck and had nothing to do with this realtor actually doing his job. Please do your research and make an educated decision. I didn't, but I will never use them again. You get what you pay for, and, for me, it was by far a bad deal.

They charge 70% of what other realtors do, but they do 50% of the work other realtors do.
