Our current product line includes a wide range of Multifunctional, B&W or Full Color digital copiers/printers and fax machines manufactured by Canon & Ricoh/Savin, as well as RISO Digital Duplicators, including the ultra-fast Com-Color series. In addition, we also offer Sentry File Document Management software and MPS programs. Our marketing/service area stretches from Rome, Georgia to as far north as the Tennessee/Kentucky line, including the general East Tennessee area. Our home office is located in a 17,000 square foot facility at 10645 Dutchtown Road, in West Knoxville. Our Chattanooga branch resides in a 4,000 square foot building located at 7694 East Brainerd Road. Proudly, our Service and Sales Departments have won numerous awards for excellence in this area. All technicians are factory trained. Our Service Department utilizes an Automated Dispatch System in conjunction with the OMD/Vision operating software to efficiently provide dispatching and account management services to our customers. Overall, our organization has a combined experience of more than 150 years in maintaining all aspects of customer satisfaction.
