Great! No a great place if you're in a rush but otherwise just relax and enjoy the sports

Went tonight with my mother. We have been to this location several times and no problems!! My daughter actually loves this place. Tonight was different. Our usual seat was not available due to Sunday night football. We sat right next to the waiter service area in the bar. Our waiter was outstanding amid the chaos. Immediately it was apparent that there was an over intoxicated patron that loved his losing team. The "bar manager" as he appeared, tried to defuse the situation several times by talking to the guy, The guy was reminded several times about language and demeanor by staff and patrons. The bartender was over worked by the crowd and severely over stressed by this one patron. I witnessed the "bar manager" ask this gentleman to leave twice. The guy still did not leave. After about 30 minutes, I could still see this guy fuming, and had been served another beer!!!! I asked my waiter to inform his manager that I would like to speak to him. This was after the bartender asked the bar manager what to do about serving this guy and she was told, "he is fine". I did not agree with this!!!! I have seen his type and know what they are capable of. After another hour, I still had no contact with the manger. My waiter asked several times if the manager showed; amidst many reminders by my waiter; the manager never spoke to me. The overzealous guy seemed to calm down over time; but only because he now surrounded by several large men with biker jackets. This strangely made me feel better. If the bar manager was not going to handle things, at these the bikers could keep things from getting out of control. This was handled badly by the superior staff. Not to mention, our waiter being screamed at and threatened by another staff member, right in front of our table. The managing staff clearly does not know what they are doing, as the reviews have declined for this location.
