I stayed here two times on my way abck and fourth to washington state. I travel with my 2 year old and I was a little worried about staying there based on past reviews but both stays where great. I checked in with the same front desk clerk each time she was great the pool was awesome and rooms where nice. I didnt get to see the breakfast becasue we left early each day. But I would defantly stay again and tell all my friends.

Pulling up at 3am made for a challenging night of driving but the check-in staff was all ready for us with key cards in hand and a friendly smile to welcome us. You can tell right away that it is an old property but what a pleasant surprise when I walked into my room to see that it had the space of a mini-suite. I had a good night's sleep and felt very rested for the drive the next morning. The new front desk staff person was excellent. The breakfast was your basic continental fare but very adequate. I must say that I received good value for the money spent.

As a stopover hotel, the quality inn is fine. Located in the historic old town it does exactly what quality inn stands for. Good friendly service, clean rooms, breakfast and a pool. It is on the main street and there are good restaurants within walking distance. And most of all it is very good value for money.

Stopped in Klamath Falls while returning from a business trip. This is a clean and comfortable facility. It was peaceful and quiet, and close to the downtown area of Klamath Falls. Numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance. No complaints, so I would stay there again and would recommend to others.

he rate was decent and the downtown location was excellent. I was close to restaurants and the highway. The room was large and comfortable. I had a large king sized room that was on the ground floor. The service was good and the breakfast was plenty.

My stay at this hotel was enjoyable. Rooms were large, clean and reasonably priced. The hotel is located directly off the exit so I did not have to drive around trying to search for the property. Staff was helpful and friendly. I especially enjoyed the complementary popcorn in the lobby, mmmm.

The room is large and did not smell funky at all. Sure a little dated but clean and comfortable. The wifi worked at least when I used. The complimentary breakfast was nice with scrambled eggs,waffles, sausage, cereals, bagel, etc. Pretty cheap.

We travel this way to Spokane 3 or 4 times a year and look for value and quality. We were very happy with the stop and will stay here again on our tip from southern California.

Hotel was great, Friendly staff and clean rooms, showers were really short for tall people, but overall great experience, breakfast was great also !

Rooms are GREAT! Very clean rooms. Felt just like home. Friendly staff that was more then willing to help with anything! Had grand parents with me, and they said this was the greatest hotel stay in all the trips out to k-falls.

We stayed at the Quality Inn for three nights, including a Friday and Saturday night. Our stay was pleasant and enjoyable--the room was very clean and good-sized, had a microwave and fridge, a heating/cooling unit that worked well for both functions, and the staff was helpful and friendly. The mattress on the bed was new and most comfortable. The motel is very conveniently located for people who like to walk--a park, the Link River Trail and the Wingwatchers Trail along Lake Ewauna are only a block or two away. We could also walk downtown to restaurants with ease. The breakfast was excellent, and included sausage and hard-boiled eggs as well as the more expected cereals, pastries, waffles, juices, fruit and coffee. I am puzzled by the negative reviews written by some of the visitors to this motel. While it is not posh or brand new, it is certainly comfortable and clean.

The room was the best we found on our trip which included some rooms much more expensive. It was roomy and well appointed, the beds were great, and the breakfast was one of the best we experienced. Dana, the gal who checked us in went above and beyond to make our stay most pleasant. When we went up to get more of the complimentary coffee, it was gone. She quickly offered to make more and deliver it to our room. The overall friendliness was exceptional. The Wi-Fi actually worked well!
