Was hit by Bus 2 today on 1-93 headed south just outside of Boston. Driver wasn't looking as he changed lanes and bumped my car HARD. He tried to run but then appeared to be leading me off the highway to a safe place. 45 minutes later, he pulled into a terminal in the middle of nowhere and then /denied/ he hit me! He refused to even discuss it or offer his information. I should have called the police then, but I was too scared by him. I have a witness to the hit and run and called the company. The person who answered was JUST as rude as the driver. I will be calling the State Police tomorrow. I took pictures of the bus and have all the licensing information. I would leave No Stars, but then the review won't get published.
Charter day round trip from NH to NYC. When the bus arrived, I noticed a whole section of the exterior paneling was missing. Certainly it was just a cosmetic issue, but it is not a good first impression. The ride was fine, but I didn't dare use the bathroom. The biggest issue was going home. We were told to be at the pick-up by 5:45p, as the driver would arrive by 6:00p. 1 hour later, he turns up at 6:50p. Apparently he misunderstood his GPS and got lost. Ok, 1: Manhattan may be intimidating to drive in, but the grid layout and street numbers make it fairly decent to navigate. 2: As a charter bus, you should be at the stop early, so people can arrive to a warm bus. As if we weren't late enough traveling home, he decided to take a break on the way back. Then why didn't he take one in New York? Driving commercial vehicles, I know he wouldn't have violated driver break laws had he kept driving, but he decided to delay us more. They are cheap however, but you get exactly what you pay for.

Bus from Dineen with Maine bus license number"2" pulled out in front of me at high speed travel on I-89 in VT. He never did pass any one, just wanted to block my progress. A poor driving decision by him, risking many lives or injury to his passengers.

Seeing as though I was practically run off the road in order for bus 203 to jump in front of me at a YIELD. If you think that is ok, sure, use their services. Let's just hope you can make it from point A to B in one piece. Also, I didn't want to leave any stars, but you have to click one to submit.

Good to see others have good experiences - we did not. Our driver was the owner. We paid for an air-con coach. the first day the coach was 30 mins late and the aircon did not work. the owner made strange claims and was finally forced to admit that it did not work. I said to him he should have been honest with us to which he replied "I make the least disclosure possible." The second day the intercom did not work at all and the aircon was minimal. The third day the aircon was again not working properly and the intercom was crackly and intermittent - which spoilt the commentary. The coach arrived with dirty windows.one person complained. the owner was undeterred - he made demeaning remarks that 'only one individual was not happy' and made the extraordinary comment that "cleaning the windows was not cost effective"(quote) To me this meant he had our money and would give us whatever low level of service he could get away with. The coach broke down from known lack of maintenance.

My company uses Dineen Coach for our annual bus trip into Boston. We look forward to the trip, not only for the shopping experience, but also because of the great service we receive from Dineen Coach's staff. Jim is wonderful to work with and is very accommodating to our needs. We love working with him. Thanks to everyone over at Dineen Coach for making our bus rides so enjoyable.

Our senior group went on a trip up the coasts of New Hampshire and Maine with stops along the way. Our driver was very knowledgeable about the area offering interesting and historical tidbits. The bus was clean and comfortable and we will definitely plan another trip with this company.
Dineen Coach provided round trip shuttle service from a memorial funeral service to a restaurant for about 150 people, many of whom were very elderly or had limited mobility. The coach arrived well in time for the required transport, the driver was clearly experienced in assisting patrons with limited mobility, the bus was spotless. It was very important that everyone get moved quickly from the service site to the restaurant because we had a specific reservation time which had to be met. The same thing was true for the reverse trip - the bus had to leave on time to transport the people back to their vehicles. Would absolutely contract with them again. Most pleased. The professionalism of the entire office staff took one organizational problem away from the grieving family. THANK YOU DINEEN COACH.
We have used Dineen Coach three times in the past two years and have found this company to be excellent. The buses are clean and neat, seats are comfortable, and the bus driver is always well informed and courteous. A few in our group have used the bathroom and found it in good working order. We are a women's group who would complain if we found anything wrong, but instead we have found this company to be terrific in all aspects. We would defijnitely recommend this company to others! Terrible customer service. Left us stranded in the middle of nowhere due to mechanical problems with bus which the driver had prior knowledge of. No attempts made to call cabs or help us with alternate arrangements. No apologies. Bathroom toilet and faucet did not work.
