Orlando Sun Transportation did a fantatistic job picking up six of us at the Orlando Int'l Airport and driving us to Port Canaveral. 5 of us came in on one flight, and the 6th person came in on another that was delayed. The driver was cheerful and informative even though it was late. We were going on a 7-night cruise so we had LOTS & LOTS of luggage (including many oversized bags) which fit in the back of the van with no problem. The van was roomy and clean. Prior to our arrival, we had to make changes to our reservation which were handled without a hitch. After the cruise, Orlando Sun Transportation met us at the ship and drove us to the airport, again on-time & without a problem. Getting a price quote and booking the reservation was also done easily & professionally. On-time pickups, courteous & friendly driver, clean and roomy van, great communication, price quoted was the price we paid (no unwelcome surprises). Perfect! I will use Orlando Sun Transportation again and highly recommend their service. Thank you, Orlando Sun Transportation! Hope to see you again soon!
We used the orlando sun transportation on our trip to Orlando in march 2012 .I was nervous because I could not find any information on this company on trip advisor. It turned out to be a great choice. Our driver picked us up at the airport, and drove us to our hotel in Cocoa Beach. She also picked us up at the port after our cruise and took us back to the airport. This is a private transportation, that is very important, becuase at the airport we did not have to wait for others to arrive, and at the cruise port, hundreds were waiting in line for their shuttle, but ours pulled up and picked up only us and we were off in a flash.Our private transportation was the same price as a shared shuttle!! This is a family owned business, they are on time, friendly, and reliable. She was waiting for us at the airport, and the Van was parked very close to the bagage area, so it was a nice easy walk. It was clean and well maintained. After the cruise, I called her to let her know we were out of customs and she pulled up right away. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company for any transportations need in orlando. We will be using her service again when sailing out of Port Canaveral next year.
Very reliable and wonderful to work with. Was at the airport ready to pick us up when we landed and picked us up at 3:30 AM at our hotel for our ride back to the airport. Even came BACK to the airport when we called having forgotten something in the van! Van is clean, driver is extremely friendly and willing to stop for a quick grocery stop on the way to the hotel. Would definitely use this company again for a transport and would recommend them to anyone!
