I have been trying to get my portable oxygen from your office. was promised last Thursday delivery. Never got a phone call or my O2. Every time I try to get my information sent to your Orlando office I am told that I must have the Kissimmee office send the information. I live in Orlando. The Kissimmee office tells me that the Orlando office must request my information. It is so hard to get someone that can help. It is a shame that a patient must go without their medical needs and more hurtful that no one knows in your office knows how to fix this problem.
