I am currently in the property until September 3 and I have seen all the details that are sought in a pleasant stay. The staff has been very friendly and attentive at all times and the daily service and cleanliness of the place are impeccable. I would definitely recommend this place to all my family and friends. The value for the price and the basic amenities are superior to comparable places in its category of lodging. The housekeeping room service, especially by Patricia Sandoval and also by the supervisors, exceeded each and every one of my expectations. I would definitely consider renting with them again under any circumstance or eventuality. I hope that they will always and forever continue to offer the same 5-star service.

Actualmente estoy en la propiedad hasta el 3 de Septiembre y he visto todos los detalles que se buscan en una estadía agradable. El personal ha sido muy amable y atento en todo momento y el servicio diario y la limpieza del lugar son impecables. Definitivamente recomendaría este lugar a todos mis familiares y amigos. The ticket seller in the Magic Castle lobby, ED COWART, is a thief and a scammer. He stole $1690.00 from my family on Jan 2, 2009. He also sells tickets that have already been used. Please read his NEG feedback on his EBAY site: "vacationpros4u." He bribes people who leave neg feedback with money to retract it. Please call me at 704-418-5001 for details. DON"T GET BURNED!! Motel management has not been helpful.
