I agree with this review. The first person we talked to was Damien, who a week later turned the app over to Ernie who did not seem to know what he was doing. Yes they got a few dollars from us also but never came through with a pre approval for me. I went to another lender who had my pre approval to me in 48 hrs and I am now under contract for my new house. DO NOT use this company if you want a loan

DO NOT use this company for getting a mortgage. They take your info, charge you upfront for your credit report and weeks later still don't have a answer for you. They will tell you they didn't get all the docs they need and you send it over and over. If you want to buy your new house make sure you are using a mortgage company that will take the time to do the work. not just your money,
