  Advantages: This package is fast, easy, and inexpensive. A Will distributes property according to your wishes, appoints a representative to handle your estate after you pass away and can reduce the likelihood of family disputes. A Will can also establish a trust and guardianship for your minor children.

• Estate Planning
  Kyle grew up in Mukilteo and received his law degree from the University of California in 1997. He passed the bar examination in the same year and has been practicing in the specialized area of estate planning since then.
• Wills
  For major changes, executing an entirety new Last Will and Testament is the most efficient way to make those changes. Once a new Will has been signed into effect, you would simply destroy the original copy of your previous Last Will and Testament.
• Trusts
  A Revocable Living Trust allows you to transfer your property into a Trust which is owned and managed by you during your lifetime. Upon your passing, your Successor Trustee can administer the Trust without having to go through probate.
• Power of Attorney
  Disadvantages: This package does not include Powers of Attorney or a Health Care Directive. A Will does not avoid probate proceedings for your beneficiaries. A Will is a matter of public record and accessible to anyone after your death.
