Dr. Voss did wonderful work using Botox and fillers on my face. This is the best work I've had in the last ten years. I'll be going back, no question about it. Incidently,she also has a great sense of humor.

Was a great experience for me, I had a laser package with Stephanie the nurse at NW. All I can say was that she rock! So funny and down to earth, but confident and explained every thing in detail. Love me results, would highly recommend NW face to anyone.

Highly recommended - easy to see why Dr. Voss came top of her class! Smart and compassionate. Her tumescent liposuction saved me from a more risky tummy tuck. And her staff made me feel like a well taken care of princess! My standards are high and I have a lot of questions and concerns....all very respectfully handled. I felt surrounded by angels!

I have been here 12 times and the service never gets better! Staff gossips and would rather visit with each other than give ANYONE of their patients quality time to check in, make appointments or answer questions. Dr. doesn't seem to know her stuff and her assistants are extremely unpersonable. Was told they had given me all my options at 3 visits, finally gave in to biopsy and results were what I was being treated for all along. Dr. then stated that they haven't tried all my options! VERY rude and now I distrust anything they say. Would not recommend this facility to anyone. Dr. doesn't seem to get her messages either, call backs were 3 & 4 days from the time I left a message! I cancelled an appointment time once and they called to see where I was, they didn't seem to get the message either! Front desk could never get my co-pay correct either after updating the info 3 times, I gave up. One day I called and there was no answer, nor any option for an answering machine.

Dr Voss correctly diagnosed and treated a severe dry skin concern of my elderly father. She and her staff were very professional and responsive to his specific needs. His problem was resolved after following her perscription.I would recommend Dr Voss again. It's a beautiful facility in Kirkland.

Exceptional female doctor. Zero-ed in on my problem (which had baffled two other Dermatologists as well as my normal doctor) and fixed it. Funny sense of humor (might not appeal to everyone). Practice even offers cosmetic service. I now send all my friends. Note: reception people not great, but I care about the doctor, not them!

I had to pay my co-pay multiple times because I generally use cash and am not retentive enough with records.They refused to hear or write down any symptoms or history.I waited a month before checking back, then had to follow up with more than ten calls to get my lab results.I was told if the lab results were negative I could drop by any time I had a flare up so another sample could be sent, and was refused timely service when I called to see when drop by.Two walls in the waiting room were covered with liposuction and botox advertisements and high pressure sales pamphlets, and this along with the refusal of the staff to note my medical symptoms and history led me to believe this is practice caters strictly to cosmetics and not medical situations.
