      CR17 between County line rd. and CR 186 is a mess. After a good rain it is a 4 wheel drive only road. Road and Bridge spends tons of time and money grading the road over and over but there is little road base. Why not bite the bullet and pave the damn thing?! We had a good drenching last night, and there are areas of deep mud.....not acceptable
