with the exception of slow mail delivery, I must say the people are alright to deal with..but if they will lay off the electronic calling and call me if a check does not come in, it would be better for all concerned. Home visits are not appreciated...and I was sick..as the man could clearlysee..I mailed a check..they should have it by now and posted it...but when you are waiting you can hear a lot of things customers whould not be able to hear...about other customers..i think they need to block off a privateplace for phone calls or either not have these conversations in public..if I ever hear my name, God forbid..I will go ballistic...need I say more? I am sure it has been said in vain..I do not lie...I pay my bills..and enough with the damned electronic robot calls...if you want to talk, call me...I do not run the USPS...so I have no control...but it bother me that you would do this...I am fed up right now...so please back off...or things are going to get hotter...than ever
