General Info

I chose to become a Care Manager because of the focus on preventive patient care to promote healthy lifestyle choices, disease prevention and early intervention. My approach to patient care has always been a strengths-based approach to promote positive change. My areas of clinical interest include behavioral health, trauma-informed therapies and mindfulness. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family, going to the beach and watching documentaries.
