The company has been nothing but a hassle. someone with their insurance ran into me on new year and the agent didn't even bother to call me bc " they didn't have my information". there was a police report with both parties names how could you not!. so when calling they had the nerve to ask me to send them the police report that I paid for bc they didn't have one or a way to get one LIARS! . Hoping to get things moving I sent it via email. HER WE ARE AMONTH PLUS later. they have finally can and got the totaled car but still no check bc the 3rd party they used " don't have the title" which was given to the driver along with the key and owners manual. so now its my fault your 3rd party hasn't done their job!. they only offered me a rental care for 5 day I was given 4 day extension due to the slowness of the company. Was told to return it on A FRIDAY only to be emailed Friday night 9:30 after to keep the car , You emailed and not called bc EVERYBODY SITS AND WAITS ON EMAIL RIGHT. WRONG !. so the rental place is closed and now i'm stuck without a car oh btw which im responsible for pay $16.99/day. and still no check! The devil could ask me to either insure with this company go with him to he11 and guess where id rather go...

I appreciated the way Discovery handled my claim. I was able to verbally speak with a claims agent to resolve my issues. I was compensated as promised and could not be happier with the community orientated feel I received on a personal basis. I extremely glad I switched from my previous insurance provider to Discovery.

This is by far, the worst insurance company out their.They have second rate adjuster ,that take their sweet time in dealing with your claim. If your lucky, they will offer you pennies on the dollars for what your is car is really worth. Do not waste your time or money with this company.You are better off throwing your money in a fire barrel and watching it burn. Save your self a lot of time,money and headache by choosing a reputable insurance company. Hope this review save you from getting stuck like I did
