The Kingston Fire Department offers firefighting, rescue and emergency medical response services. Established in 2005, it provides fire prevention and protection services for residential and industrial community members. With more than 20 career firefighters and over 30 volunteers members, the Kingston Fire Department offers advanced life support services during accidents and emergencies. It receives and handles nearly 2,400 calls annually. The department maintains several pumpers, water tankers, aerial platforms, ambulances, and pickup and heavy rescue trucks. It additionally conducts training sessions and workshops to update firefighting and emergency medical care practices. Located in Kingston, Pa., the Kingston Fire Department is governed by the residential community of Kingston.
