  We were asked to take on a difficult medical negligence case involving the failure of two Emergency Department doctors and the ED staff to diagnose and treat a stroke. Our client suffered catastrophic injuries as a result of this collective negligence, and the Defendants were vehemently defending the claims made against them and making it difficult to uncover evidence to substantiate our claims. We were ultimately able to succeed against both doctors and the hospital and obtained an award for this well-deserving family – the terms of which remain confidential. We remain very close with the clients and look forward to helping them move into their new home which will allow for a much better life for their family.
