Since I do not live in the area it was not possible to be there for all of the important , early decision, meetings and I do not have construction or GC expertise so evaluating options and selecting the best proposals was a daunting experience. Scott was able to either provide coaching and guidance and in some cases actually meet with contractors to assist with SOW definitions and define requirements.
