Ed Seplavy does his job with passion & dedication to every client, knowing what each client is legally entitled to under the law; likewise knowing what Workers Comp cannot do & is not entitled to do. Within a week of meeting Ed, my case was ruled on & accepted for 99% of the accident, leaving the lawyers debating one fact. Since its truth eventually WC will have to accept the truth. As for Ed, he places spotlights on truths & represents his clients. U Great lawyers are hard to find. Ed's soft spoken demeanor and bulldog marine spirit gets the job done. Gets it done the right way. You might have a serious case, a very serious case. Just listen to Eds advice on court dates and appearances. Ed will get your job done for you. No is never an answer. Ed is also a serviceman/woman's lawyer, a veterans lawyer. As we all go down together.
When no one else would come to my rescue I found Edward Seplavy. I highly recommend this attourney. He knows the workers comp laws inside and out and if it weren't for him, workers comp would have cut me off waaay sooner. Thanx again Ed!! Remember workers comp isn't there to help you. they are there to help themselves. Keep that in mind. When they tell you their hands are tied and they cannot help anymore, they are just expecting you to take it. Ed was able to not only see me the same week I called him, but also got my workers comp back up to the percentage I needed to support my family.

iEd is GREAT.I am so lucky that I found Ed to handle my workers compensation case, he is very easy to talk to, he explains everything, is patient and extremely knowledgeable. He pursues everything he believes you are entitled to and will be there for you now and in the future. My husband had a work related injury years ago wish we were acquainted with Ed then maybe things would have turned out better for my husband but so, so happy he was able to help me. He is an excellent lawyer and we would definitely recommend him highly.

Easy to talk to. Explains everything. Very patient and knowledgable. He always takes the time to speak on the phone or in person until everything is 100% understood. Excellent lawyer. Would definitely recommend.

Mr. Ed Seplavy took over from another company that was doing nothing and making many errors. This Attorney Edward Seplavy has been to my hearings, returns my calls, has the answers to my questions. As far as I am concerned Edward Seplavy has accomplished what I was expecting from a compensation Attorney. I went through 2 surgeries and have been out of work for longer then I care to say, but now I am rehabilitating. I feel I am ready for the work force again. Thanks Ed.
