It supplies stock and custom packaging material to the cosmetic, fragrance and toiletries manufacturing industries through the Portola Tech International division. Additionally, the company offers plastic closures that are used in the bottled water, sports drinks, wine and non-carbonated beverage manufacturing industries. The company produces a variety of plastic, high density and polycarbonate bottles and jars. In addition, it designs, manufactures and markets a variety of capping equipment. Portola Packaging manufactures and sells tooling components, blow molding equipment and molds. With one of its locations in Kingsport, Tenn., the company maintains international offices in Canada, China and Mexico.
