Worst decision I ever made was to purchase fish here! No wonder they only give a 48hr warranty on their fish. I have and established tank. I spent $100 on freswater fish. I also purchased fish at other businesses. All the fish I purchased from here have died right at the 48hr mark. I'm furious! I will never come here again and will make a point to tell everyone I know not to purchase anything from here. Would give this place a zero rating if possible

Reading all of these ratings after I visited the shop has me wondering why they said that stuff. When I went they were nice owners, and employees. I went in to look at their freshwater fish, the lady there was helping another customer, as soon as I walked into the shop she welcomed me asked what I was looking for, told me to have a look around and if it was ok she would be with me as soon as she finished with the customer she was helping. Long story short, I ended up talking to the man that was in there about plecos and which one I should get and some cichlids, he was full of knowledge and very very helpful and nice. Made such an impression on me that I honestly drive 45min -1hr to go there. Would definitely recommend it!!!!

Terrible. Lady working the counter is beyond stuck up. I will NEVER do business there again. Just all around terrible experience and very unknowledgable staff didnt help much

Buy sick pets here! This place does not care about doing right by their customers. I will never do business with them again. I bought an expensive fish and it died on the ride home. The owner didn't care that they just sold me a dying fish. Don't be fooled by previously good reviews. Those are probably outdated.

One of the worst pets stores their is. Staff is always rude and act like they are so much better than anyone else. store is cluttered and not clean. Animals are not very well taken care of,they feed and do the miminum of care. They rarely have saltwater fish and the store is so dark where the fish are you can not see them well to know if the fish are sick or not. Just a poor place of business.

This is a small family owned shop. The animals are well cared for, I'm in there all the time....although ANYONE can get behind or have a bad day ( I know the husband and father, who has vast knowledge, had a motorcycle wreck a while back that was hard on the family. I have bought many salt water fish there and they are they are the only ones in kingsport or morristown who stand behind what they sell.

This shop is awful. I went in wanting to buy treats for my guinea pigs and the workers were rude and unhelpful. The state of the pets was terrible. The guinea pigs had no water and thiers and the ferrats cage was covered in feces like it hadn't been cleaned in about a week or more. There was a rabbit in the guinea pig cage. Rabbits have been known to hurt or KILL a guinea pig trying to mate with it. She had two hermit crabs in a small cup with no food, water, or shells. This shop is inhumane and needs to have their animals taken away or they need to have some one come in there and show them how to. I can't believe no one has said anything.
