We purchased a set of appliances from this Lowes store and the associate that waited on us was very knowledgeable and helped us out in our selection and was very nice and professional. However the delivery side was a whole other story. I have called this store on 2 different occasions and went to the operator for help. Both associates that answered were rude and the person that rescheduled our delivery was rude. Our reschedule was never communicated so the original delivery was attempted. Speaking with the manager was the same. RUDE. She acted like it was distressing for her to even pick up the call and very unprofessional. I will not buy from this store again.

I have been so happy with the customer service at this store. I purchased a new washer and dryer from them and when it was delivered, the washer did not work. They sent a repairman out to make sure it was not something small as a result of delivery, but it was not. Kristal and Janie in the appliance department told me to come pick out a new set (if within 7 days of purchase/delivery) and they would come pick up the ones that didn't work and give us credit when they were delivered back to the store. They were very understanding to my problem and helped in every way they could to make this very frustrating experience not so bad. Good customer service is hard to find these days, but the staff in the appliance department at this Lowes has been exceptional.
