      When you purchase your car from Lexus of Kingsport, you are entitled to certain privileges that are not provided through every Lexus dealer. First, we offer free pick-up and delivery. This means that every time you need service, we come to your home or office and pick-up your car. While your Lexus is in our possession, we leave you a brand new loaner car to use. After the service has been completed, we deliver your Lexus back to your home or office and retrieve our loaner. Second, we detail your car for free each time it is in for service. Every time you schedule a service appointment, we wash the exterior and vacuum the interior of your Lexus, at no extra cost.
