Do NOT bring a computer for repair here. They do not provide receipts for the parts they claim to have replaced. The one receipt they give you is pretty much nondescript. They will not call when the job is done - you have to call THEM. When they tell you they need to replace a part, they won't mention the price. They charge $55 per hour for labor and then you will have to bring the computer back because they did not pay attention to details or ask themselves if the customer would be happy with their work. I got the feeling that their location gave them plenty of business but with only two people there, there is simply not enough people to handle the workload. Sloppy, sloppy business. Don't waste your time or money unless you just want to learn from experience.
