We just stopped by to look, and ended up with a sectional couch. Rich Rogers was a great salesman (knowledgeable and not pushy) The gang stayed after closing to finish the deal, awesome since we live 2 hours away. Also, the delivery guys were super. It is rare these days to do business and feel appreciated. Just business the way it should be.

The sales person lied to us about the insurance on the furniture. We were told if we never filed a claim on furniture we would get 100% of money back which would be a win win. No you get the money back if you cancel the insurance in the first 60 days. Even filing a claim they still won't fix our furniture. I was to a technician would contact us by Sept. 2, still nothing. Also we were told we would get $189 back for delivery charge because part of our furniture didn't get delivered. Never ever take out the insurance on the furniture, waste of money! The whole reason we quit using Grand was because of the insurance and how wrong they done us with it and Ashley Kingsport done the same thing!

Great prices and great service. The sales person steered me toward a higher quality and yes a higher price mattress. But only because she knew her stuff. I am thankful. Love my mattress. R Robinette.

This was one of the most easiest purchase we have has in awhile. The gentleman that helped us listened to what we were looking for and took us right to it. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Worst place ever to buy furniture. We bought a bedroom suite back in July it took them 5 times to finally deliver it in one piece, the week before Thanksgiving. The delivery men cursed me because I wouldn't except busted furniture. Tried to contact the owner Bob Young but I guess he doesn't care what goes on. I would never buy furniture from Ashley ever again, and wouldn't recommend them either!!! Your better off buying furniture from somewhere else!!!!! I give them a rating of Zero!!!! Our shopping experience was amazing. Everyone we came in contact with was very helpful. Their prices were better than all the competition. Delivery was quick and convenient.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Ashley Furniture. We were in the process of building a house and we were able to put our furniture in layaway and pay on it as they finished the construction. We also got behind on construction and Ashley Furniture held our furniture without a hassle or extra fees. I would definitely use them again and recommend to family and friends.

Awesome store and customer service. We dealt with the sales manager when we went in and after we explained what we wanted. We were looking for a bed, chest and night stand. After he worked up what we wanted he introduced us to a salesman to finish the deal and write it up. We never really looked at the receipt we just paid and left. When they delivered the items, the night stand was not there. After checking they never added the stand. When I called the sales manager about it not being on the invoice, he remembered us and what we wanted. He took care of ordering us a night stand at no cost to us. He said he knew we asked for it but it never got added. I was not expecting them to pay for it. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This store is the BEST! They have lots of furniture to choose from and the staff is so friendly. They have the best prices too. I will be doing more purchases there! I would recommend to everyone!

You have to visit the store and see all the great items they have. And there sale prices are wonderful. I was able to get a loveseat & chair for my new home office for 70% off and was able to lay it away....you can't get any better than that. Great place, great people and great deals !!!
