Everything you could want or need for your hair love this store wish they had one in California

Bok is overpriced!! She talks about all of her customers behind their backs.. She takes hair out of the packages to make you buy more packs of hair... She sells the samples that she's supposed to GIVE away... She's secretly and illegally selling contact lenses!!! Her prices in Kingsland are the HIGHEST of all her stores!! DO NOT SHOP AT BOKS SHE IS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY NOT THE CUSTOMER!!! Will never shop there again will go to the beauty store in Jax off of Edgewood - a million times better than Boks.

To the Above person, I'm sorry you had a bad experience and were not told the correct information, However the Policy is not you can only try on 3 wigs... The policy IS you can try on 3 wigs per wig cap (shear piece of material used over a persons head to go between ones hair and the wig) this is for hygenic reasons. after wearing the wig cap for a while if someones hair is oily or dirty the owner dosent want the oils or dirt to get in the wigs. And yes you have to purchase the wig cap they are a $1. And as a customer i know i want the wig im buying to be clean. Boks wigs has 2 locations one in kingsland and also another in waycross and they have a great selection, And awesome jewelry for super cheap. They also have cute sandals for summer. Way better prices than clairs in the mall. I love it!

My wife is going through Chemotherapy and she went to this store to try on some wigs for when her hair falls out. The Store policy is the Customer is only allowed to try on three wigs per Visit to the store. She had seen some styles that she was considering and asked if they could check to see if they had her hair color in stock. This too was considered to be TRYING on "3" wigs. I do believe that if a store has a Policy it is for a reason. However, It should be common courtesy to have exceptions to such policies as with my Wife's case with needing a wig due to Cancer treatments. This kind of "CUSTOMER SERVICE" is un-exceptable in ANY sense of the word and to me is not even a ratable or reputable business.
