- UP Rehab Services is the rehabilitation leader across the Upper Peninsula in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Aquatic Therapy, Hand Therapy, Speech Therapy and Athletic Training. We currently provide the most advanced, evidence-based rehabilitation to Nursing Centers, Outpatient Clinics and Hospital Partnerships across the Upper Peninsula. Patient satisfaction is very important to us and we value what our patients think. Our therapists work together as a team to provide the highest quality care to our patients. We have your best interests at heart. Nearly 90% of the time, our Nursing Center residents are able to return home after therapy.

We currently provide the most advanced, evidence-based rehabilitation to 12 Nursing Centers, 10 Outpatient Clinics and 4 Hospital Partnerships in 9 counties and 2 states.
