ITF TaeKwon-Do (Patterns, Sparring, Board Breaking & Tournaments ; Open Hand Self Defense includes a mixture of Judo and Eskrima, We are committed to the safety of all our students and teach that the martial arts taught shall only be used for body conditioning, self defense, tournaments and the enjoyment of the art.
