Mohave County Superior Court, located in Kingman, Ariz., maintains an independent, integrated and professional judicial department. It provides judicial and court services. The courts also adjudicate all matters in expeditious and timely manner. It ensures due process, provides safe and equal access during all court proceedings and protects individual and corporate rights. It also prevents the arbitrary use of power, ensures the rule of law, punishes offenders and resolves other issues as appropriate. Its judicial support functions are handled by the court administrator's office under the direction of the presiding judge. Mohave County Superior Court also operates a Web site that serve as an informational resource for the citizens of Mohave County and other customers of the Mohave County Courthouse.
