The food was so old eating my tennis shoes would've been better OMG really really KFC??? This is not acceptable!!!

I was just at this KFC for lunch today. I had the buffet, even though I didn't know they had a buffet, and it was very good. Place was clean and the staff was very friendly. Will be going back again
I'm new to the area, about a month into living here. I've been into the KFC 3 maybe 4 times and have always found the staff to be very friendly. This evening they made a small mistake on my carryout but when I called, "Tim" was quick to fix it. I've had the pleasure of meeting the owner and it's obvious the staff and management are a reflection of his personality and expectations.
