It has been some time since Chris Auto Body repaired and fabricated a 2'x8' side piece for my Springdale travel trailer. Their work was satisfactory, although they charged $1, 000 over their estimate. I was told this was because they couldn't estimate the shipping costs. Upon inspecting the interior the table and counter tops were dirty. Later, after I had returned home I found Carl Junior buger wrappers in the refrigerator. I also asked why the black water indicator lights showed a third full. I was told that they are sometimes wrong. No, a week later after camping and only using water to wash dishes I went to dump both black and gray water. The black water indicator light wasn't wrong. Someone had been using my toilet. I don't think I need to say more. This is the reason I gave Chris Auto Body 2 stats. G. JeffreyLake Havasu City

This is the only auto body shop I have used for the past 15 years or so. I haven't needed them often but hey have done 6 or 7 repairs for me over the years and everyone was a pleasant experience. There work is excellent at a fair price. They do what is needed and don't try to sell you more. Would recommend there services to everyone needing auto body repairs

Chris' Auto Body has got to be by far the best body shop I have ever dealt with, from the front office staff to the body and paint men. They were professional, courteous, and very efficient. Fixed my brand new car and you couldn't even tell that it had been hit. They gave me a timeline and followed thru with what they said. I would recommend this shop to anyone, anytime!

I've used Chris's Auto Body several times in the past with good satisfaction. I've even recommended them to my friends, family, and anyone that needed the type of services his shop specializes in. HOWEVER, the time before last I noticed the quality of workmanship was slipping as well as the time line for repair promises being extended twice (And "yes" I do realize things happen when it comes to this line of work). But the last time I used them they were more interested in making sure the Insurance Company didn't have to pay an extra days rental(literally!) then to focus on doing the job right (customer satisfaction). They left lights loose and/or not connected, the hood was bowed up above the fenders by close to 1/4", and some area's of the paint started to flake and peel within three month's. That was the last time I used and/or recommended them. I now use a local competitor and am much happier with the work/craftsmanship. Unfortunately I can no longer recommend this shop!

Great work! Very satisfied! Great staff as well. Very friendly and honest. Had my car completely fixed within 1 work week! Amazingly fast...
