Established in 1796, Kimberton Inn is an American-style restaurant that offers French, Mexican, Italian, Caribbean and Asian cuisines. The restaurant also offers a variety of desserts, soups, salads and combination platters. It offers a range of appetizers, including coconut shrimp, mushroom risotto, jumbo shrimp cocktail and lobster bisque. The restaurant also offers a range of desserts, such as vanilla mascarpone cheesecake, black and white cake, cream brulee and fresh lemon tart. Additionally, it provides special meals for children that include burgers, sandwiches and pasta. Kimberton Inn also offers gift certificates of several denominations. It has three dining rooms, including the Kimber Room, the Upper French Room and the Lower French Room. My husband and I just moved to the Pottstown area and went to dinner at the Kimberton in for the first night last night for our anniversary. The building is historic but cute and tasteful. Everything on the menu sounded amazing, so it was difficult to decide what to have. The service was exceptional and dinner was excellent. We started with onion and prime rib soup, delicious, and "The Best Salad You'll Ever Have" definitely ranks right up there! For dinner, I had the pork tenderloin and my husband had the roasted duck. Unfortunately, neither of us had room for dessert. We will definitely be going back very soon!
Very cool Delicious food and drinks in a cool, trendy and relaxed atmosphere. Staff that are friendly and helpful. Prices that wont break the bank. It's everything my friends and I like about a bar like this which is why we frequent it.
When you combine (Ambiance, Service, & Food) ~ Kimberton Inn has the Best Sunday Brunch in the area! Reservations are highly recommended! ~CD
