With a love of science and a heart for service, Vincent Colin, MD, felt called to a career in healthcare. With orthopedic surgery, sports medicine and arthroscopy as his specialties, Dr. Colin provides a full range of services to help you prevent, diagnose, treat and recover from orthopedic or sports conditions and injuries. From broken bones and herniated disks to carpal tunnel and knee disorders, he'll take extra care to help you heal your joint, skeletal and mobility concerns. To Dr. Colin, seeing you regain the use of your body and return to your daily activities after an injury is what he loves most about being a surgeon. Dr. Colin earned his Doctor of Medicine at the University of Illinois, where he was elected into the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society. He completed his Orthopedic Surgery Residency at the University of California at Irvine Sports Medical Center and then went to Mississippi Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Center, where he finished his fellowship in Sports Medicine and Arthroscopy. He's also an active member of several organizations, including the American Association of Orthopaedic Surgery, Arthroscopy Association of North America, American Orthopaedic Society of Sports Medicine and the Western Orthopedic Association. Family time is particularly important to Dr. Colin. He also enjoys a wide range of hobbies, from playing the guitar and rugby to traveling — and is especially enthusiastic about cars.
