Stay away and look elsewhere. Beyond disappointed with their business practices. Seems like they only care about making an extra buck at the expense of their tentant's needs.

Terrible! BEWARE! Do not rent/ put your house for rent with this company! We made a huge mistake of doing so. The people that rented from us didnt pay the last months rent and completely trashed our place. We kept calling the management company, asking if the renters are renewing their lease a month out before the lease ended. They gave us the run around saying that everything is fine until the very last day.

The renters didn't pay their last month, our house was trashed and this poor excuse of a company didn't do anything about it. They even have the odacity to say it's not their fault and did not even try to track down the people that rented from us. We pulled our property immidiately.

If you are a military family that has a house in the area and is pcsing. Don't even bother with this place. You will LOSE money. They charged us immidiately for everything that was "fixed" but when we cheked the place after, NOTHING was fixed and as I mentioned our house was destroyed.

I'd be happy to share pictures of what our house looked like after if you still want to do business with these people.

If I could give negative 5 stars I would. Very poor costumer service with no integrity combined, makes for very poor business practices. I rented two different houses through these people and both times they tried to screw me out of my deposit. They charge you fees and don't tell you what the fees are for. They don't answer direct questions or do not answer at all. They add things to your lease agreement to cover the poor business practices so that they can keep your deposit. All involved should be fired.

Had my property for rent with them for 5 months. Never heard from them. They don't return phone calls. Poor customer service that's all I can say.
