These people NEVER answer the phone....you have to be routed through a national call center and it takes about 20 minutes each time. DO NOT SHOP with Sears...I don't care how good the deal is. You will never be able to reach a local salesperson to help you. I shouldn't have to deal with this from such a large store as Sears.
