When you buy or sell property in Bell County, chances are the realtor will pressure you into using this title company. It's a good ol boys kind of situation. Resist if possible... the customer service is simply awful, and they forget to do the most basic of title responsibilities... for instance cut checks to whom they're supposed to for your escrows.
