We paid $3,000 to have our driveway extended and it is one of the worst jobs we have ever seen. The project will now cost us more money to pay someone to tear up the concrete and then get it fixed correctly to make it smooth. We have tried reaching out to the owners to work something out even going as far as requesting only $2,000 of the money back so we can put it towards someone else doing the work correctly. We felt as if that was more than fair considering the increase in cost to fix it and still compensating them for digging out the area and some work that was done already. It is embarrassing at this point because someone was sitting outside of our home in their car and approached my husband to ask him who had messed up our driveway like that because he had been just sitting in his car staring at how bad it was from the street. It is an eyesore on the front of our property. They promised to return to fix it, but they have not returned to do the work. They have stopped communicating altogether so our only recourse is to leave reviews to warn others while we start to pursue legal action. Please don’t go through what we are going through. We are out of $3,000 with nothing to show for it but a horrible looking driveway extension. I wish I could include ACTUAL pictures of their work instead of the misleading pictures they post of work that nobody at this point can convince me was done by them.
