We loved our stay in this hotel. Room was clean and the bed was so comfortable.Service was great! Thanks to Alissa that took care of us when we arrived.

Front desk folks were very attentive and pleasant. Also at breakfast. Everything was clean and new. They accommodated my check-out day conference call with ah late check out and then I was able to work very effectively in the comfortable lounge area.
We stayed here for nine nights while working at Ft. Hood. The staff could not be more accommodating or friendly. The hotel is obviously relatively new and it is well appointed. I am not sure what football stadium the stole the lobby TV from but it is scoreboard huge and nice to relax after working. The only draw back is that most of us commented that the rooms had a slight damp odor and remained damp throughout our stay. Towels hung up never dried. The had experienced heavy rain before our arrival and it was still humid but the dampness still was odd. Other than that there was nothing they could have done better.
Stayed here for 9 nights while working at Fort Hood. The staff was absolutely great. The two people I had interaction at the front desk, Diane and McKenzie, were personable, professional and wanted to make things right. Couldn't ask for better people to represent the property. The young lady that prepares and puts out the breakfast is the ultimate professional. She goes out of her way to make sure things are hot and ready for the guests. I am very glad to have stayed there and if I come back to the Killeen area I will be staying here.
Alice, Patel, and the rest of the staff provided awesome customer service once again just like last year! This is definitely the hotel of choice for any Soldier on TDY and any civilian on official business. Rooms are spacious and the beds are plush. We will definitely see them again next year! Thank you all again!
This hotel was excellent, my room was always clean and taken care of. I remember I left a chick fil a gift card out in the open and the cleaning service was very honest, so it was there waiting for me when I returned that evening. Integrity was shown. And the hotel receptionist Ashley was friendly, professional, and helpful everyday.
Hotel is new. Still smells new. King size room was huge. Mattress and pillows very comfortable. Decorated greatly. Really clean. There is a pool. Conveniently located to Fort Hood, Killeen and the airport.
There are two holiday inn a couple blocks between each other. This hotel does offer shuttle service to the airport, but only by coordinating with its other property which does have the vehicles and drivers.
We were on a business trip and stayed from July 1 - July 3, and Alyssa provided exceptional service. Breakfast could be a little better but hey beggars can't be choosers. The room was exceptionally larger than expected. Amenities were great, even though we didn't have the time to use them. Location was perfect. Thanks again Alyssa for providing a great overall experience!
the hotel is quite new, and excelled in customer service, friendliness, nice rooms, and cleanliness. The desk clerks were always friendly, and helpful and accommodating. I will stay there again. Great value for dollars spent!!
The lady at the front desk went out of her way to help me. I came to the desk at about 10:35 p.m. with nothing but my personal confusion and she got me straight. I think I would still be at the desk trying to figure out where to get started if it weren't for Alyssa.
I am always impressed with Holiday Inn Express Hotels. This one is no exception. Great looking newer hotel with clean everything. Room apportioned with refrigerator and microwave. Free wireless internet. TV with HBO channels (over 80 total). Did I mention the free breakfast buffet with the most heavenly cinnamon rolls, hot meat and eggs, pancakes, juices, coffee, tea, bread, muffins, etc. The pool is clear blue and a treat on the hot days in Killeen during the summer (averaged 90+ while I was there for 2 weeks). The exercise room has about 3 cardio machines and a good selection of weights with bench. The hotel has coordinated with the full-service Holiday Inn up the street to provide free shuttle service within a 5-mile radius but it's close enough to walk to several restaurants, HEB and Walmart stores. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my lengthy stay and would stay again (and I do as a business traveler).
My family and I traveled to the Fort Hood/Killeen area during the very hectic graduation weekend. After many delays due to weather, we finally arrived at our hotel, hours late. Danielle Wilson was an absolute angel that greeted us at check in! She made sure we were checked in quickly and helped us out after we discovered we left some of our toothbrushes at home. She also helped us out with extra linen and information about the hotel amenities. The hotel is very nice and updated. Located off the gateway, it is convenient to Fort Hood, as well as all of the shopping and dining in the Killeen/Harker Heights area. We've already booked our next stay at this hotel for our next visit. The staff alone though is worth the stay. Thanks again Danielle for saving us!
Great place to stay .
On par with what I come to expect from HI Expresses across the land. Comfortable, nicely appointed room. Breakfast was decent enough, although I noticed they didn't have hard-boiled eggs as an option like most others do - I usually prefer them over the powdered scrambled eggs that come on the buffet. Still, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here on my future visits.
As my boyfriend and I traveled 12 long hours from Colorado Springs, CO, we were just "googling" hotels near Killeen area and came across Holiday Inn Express and Suites. I called ahead (approx 2hrs) to check room availability and rates for an overnight stay. I spoke with Danelle and she was beyond helpful!!! She gave me the option to choose a room that will best suit my boyfriend and I (i.e. 1 or 2 beds, standard or delux room, 1st or 2nd floor). Of course when we finally arrived, I specifically asked for Danelle. She made sure the check in process was "short and sweet" and accommodated all of our needs. We even signed up for the rewards program!!. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone! Danelle should be promoted to management ASAP! She definitely is an expertise in customer service, Thank you for everything!!!!
As our first time staying in this hotel, I was very pleased. Couldn't had a more better experience. The hotel and my room was very clean. The room was just gorgeous everything top notch. A plus for me was when I saw a keurig coffee maker since I'm a coffee person. And the beds were so nice and comfortable. As I went with my business the next day, an issue came up with the hotel. And I decided to take care of it till the end of my day. When i first came in I was greeted by a heartwarming smile by a person named Danielle. I informed her about the issue I was dealing with and instantly she made sure to take care of it. She was very helpful & nice. Made the process short and sweet and accommodated all of our needs. She is definitely an expertise in customer service. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone! I will definitely give this property 5 stars for its location, staff, cleanliness and appearance. Had an amazing stay. It was a very wonderful visit and I will be returning.
I checked in here late after a long flight and was pleased with the service from the front desk clerk who made checking in easy and quick . The next few mornings were even better than I than I expected. The complimentary breakfast service was impressive, the breakfast bar was very up kept and crystal the breakfast attendant was more than helpful to me and my family. The parking is good and there's a small pool in the back. The gym is small but it meets all your needs.
