First impression of the business looked very professional. But when asking the sales staff questions about what they can or cant do to customize my vehicle I was given the impression that they weren't very knowledgeable . Almost a beat around the bush approach. Very cocky and stand-offish attitude. I felt somewhat ignored at one point and it made for a displeasing impression. I made sure my fellow soldiers passed this establishment by. Its almost a shame to even name this place after Fort Hood.
