DONT RENT! Scott Bradley is a thief.We signed a six month lease which ended October 31,2010. We submitted our 30 day notice but refused to pay rent because our refrigerator went out again for the second time and it blew out half the outlets in the apartment.The first time it cost us 150.00 worth of food that went bad and all we got out of it was a 50.00 credit off that months rent. Now we've lost 175.00 worth of frozen meats that went bad and we've had to spend money on ice and fast food for our kids to stay eating .The owners son Scott went into our apartment while we were not home and snooped through all our personal belongings including my wifes underwear drawer. We had a brand new digital side load washer/dryer set that he stole worth over $3000. All we owe on this months rent is 650.00 He says he can do that because its in our lease. Our lease ended October 31, 2010. I don't care how much money I owe you, YOU DO NOT COME INTO OUR HOME AND JUST HELP YOURSELF TO WHATEVER YOU WAN
