I bought a battery from them in May of 2011. I got one with a 60 month warranty and was told that if I had problems with it that I could go to any Battery Warehouse and get a new one no questions asked. I had my receipt and told them that I needed a new battery. They started asking me questions about how often I drove etc. They did a test and said the battery was good and that it would take hours to charge and that it was probably my alternator. I said no my alternator was fine and instead of waiting hours for them to recharge it I took it to a friend and we tested it and charged it for 3 hours. The battery they sold me would not hold a charge. I believe they sold me an old battery passing it off as new. I will never do business with them again and I m sure that anyone who gives this Battery Warehouse location a good rating probably works for them. Invest in a good quality battery, not BW refurbished low grade batteries.
