Great store but location could be better.

We have a TV that was damaged from lightning. These guys came out and checked our tv within a day and had it repaired in a the next two days. Great service with reasonable prices!

This company provided wonderful service to us. We've always used them to purchase our ink (and have always been very happy with the low prices and high quality customer service), so when the started doing tv repairs, we were already sold on the services. One of the main things we love is the fact that they check your model # of your television before they come out. If they can't get parts for your model, they will tell you that, instead of coming out to look at your tv and take your money. How many companies will do that? Bottom line: Use them for your ink and toner and electronic repairs- I promise you won't be sorry!

Wonderful service! We've been using this company since 2004 and have always been pleased. When we moved out of the area, we still continued to use this company to purchase ink and refills from. Now that we are back in the area, we can use them for our electronics repair.

Excellent customer service. My tv was fixed for less than I was originally quoted. I would definitely recommend this company.

Had the same issue, however I was told up front that there is always a possibility that repairs cannot be done and I decided to have TV looked at. They were extremely nice and pretty fast in their response time. They also worked on my printer and computer in a very timely and cost effective manor. Can't please everybody. I 've had nothing but good expiriences with these people. I do recommend them.

Horrible customer service!!!! Do not choose these guys to fix your t.v. I personally think they are shady and will NEVER deal with them again. It cost approximately 70 dollars to look at my tv and tell me they couldnt fix it. Who does that? Charge you just to say oh sorry we cant fix it. Crappy Crappy Service.
