I wouldn't even give this company 1 star. This raged place collected $ for a bond of someone I know and after they got their end they called the payer back and said they don't have the funds to get them out!!!! What???? On top of it all the young lady lost money and time because of this company. I have never heard of such poor service and do not recommend this place at all. You guys need to re evaluate how you do business. It's not ok to collect people $ and then not even process your paperwork for almost 2 full days. Shame on you.

My issue with them is in 2010 I used them to get my son out of jail. I paid them in 3 payments and had my bond paid in full. 4 years later in 2014, I get a letter from a Law Firm stating AOBB hired them to collect on the bond I did not pay, of course I was just in shock for one I did pay them off, second in 4 years I never once got a phone call, letter in the mail, or anything saying I owed a balance which of course they said they did send letters and I just ignored them. That statement made me very upset because they never once sent me anything in 4 years until this Law Firm sent me a letter of course adding an additional $500 to what they said my balance was for collection fees. Well lucky for me I am one of those persons that keeps every single receipt and I found the receipts that proved I did in fact pay them, so I sent them copies and of course the matter was cleared up and I asked for a letter and they refused. dont use them or in 4 years same thing will happen to you.

Got me out of jail cheap...check in process is very easy to usel mobile check ins...would get 5 stars but NOT always open.

My son was in Killeen Jail and I didn't know what to do. I'm all the way in Maryland and I have never been in this situation. Always Open was very professional and guided me through the whole ordeal. I don't plan on my son ever getting into anymore trouble, but if he does I know who to call!

They are so disrespectful and unresponsive.. they do threat you and tell you to call back like they are so busy (which they are not). I had to use them do to my mother-in-law was bailing me out.. so they tricked her for the fee and they kept the whole fee... DO NOT USE THIS BAIL BOND COMPANY... GO TO DIFFERENT ONE SO YOU DON'T REGRET IT...

I found them to be very difficult and unresponsive when trying to obtain my security deposit. I was told that entire amount that I paid was a fee, despite paperwork to the contrary which they sent me. After numerous attempts of trying to reach someone to address the matter I was told that they were too busy . After 2 weeks I will have to seek legal counsel .
