When we got the quote to have not one but two sprinkler systems installed we had to wait over a month to have it installed. When we attempted to contact the owner, Paul, we either were given bogus appointment times OR his voicemail was full and he does not return calls that are missed. Once the systems were installed it took another two weeks for him to show up to get the CASH payment. Less than a year later the rain sensor is not working and (after doing all of the maintenance required for winter) we have a broken brass valve on both system so we cannot turn on either system. We have contacted the owner multiple times over the past month and he has told us that he would come and fix it and never shows up!!!!! We are now contacting the sprinkler manufacturer to find another installer to fix the valves so that we can use the system!!! We suggest being prepared for frustration!!!!

Affordable must mean CHEAP with bad service. The sprinkler system has repeatedly broken, resulting in high water bills due to the leaks. Although still under warranty, the owner is now too busy to come and fix it, even though he has made repeated appointments and not shown or called. Doesn't return calls and is difficult to get hold of. Stay away from these guys.

Horrible construction and service. The sprinkler system they installed has broken repeatedly and although it is still under warranty,they are too busy to come fix it. We've had large water bills due to repeated leaks and now it is August and the lawn is dead. He doesn't answer phone and voice mail is full. Guess we aren't the only unhappy people with him.
