I actually had my reservations about buying from these guys but a friend of mine told me to give them a chance, and I am glad I did. Frank my salesman, Mike the service guy, and even the owners and managers, they were all over it and made this experience a lot better. THEY DO THE RIGHT THING!! I have bought a used car from the other guys and trust me, those other guys didn't get so big by doing the right thing!!! OTHER DEALER WOULD DO THIS FOR YOU AND TREAT YOU LIKE FAMILY!!!! THIS IS HOW BUYING A CAR SHOULD BE!!! GREAT BUNCH OF PEOPLE!!!! DEFINITELY WORTH IT TO CHECK THEM OUT!!!! I will definitely be going back. Much mahalos guys (and wahine's :-) ) for the great example.

Being new to the island I took a risk in going to a car dealership. I wrongly assumed that because I got excellent service from their car rental that they would be just as good with selling me a vehicle. I put my trust in the sales guy Javin who as it turns out mislead me by lying to me outright by not disclosing the serious fault a cracked exhaust manifold in the car I purchased. I understand that their sell AS IS policy protects them and clears them of any responsibility but when you ask the sales guy " Does this car need any major repair work?" and they lie to your face then this is definitely a place that is not interested in fair business practices. I had driven the car for for 6 weeks and got very sick almost passed out at the wheel due to the carbon monoxide fumes. Their mechanic said they drove the car and didn't smell anything, can you believe it? You can't smell carbon monoxide ! And then they have the audacity to quote me 1700 to repair the problem! No stars stay away

Recently bought a used car from Frank Lopez. It was the best car buying experience I;ve ever had. Frank is not a pushy used car salesman type. He is fun, funny, easy, and made us thoroughly enjoy buying a car. Negotiations were easy and swift. We arrived at a price agreeable to all and within a very short time, we drove off in our new-to-us car. A big Mahalo to Frank and Neil. Would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a good used car.
