      greating wedding reception place

      I had my wedding reception here over the summer and it was a wonderful location. The place is amazingly beautiful with gorgeous views. The service was slacking in our opinion. It took well over an hour before they took our drink order, and most had already just gone to the bar themselves (which peeved the bartender). But once they got all our orders, food was prompt. The staff was polite but didn't quite seem to know what to do and always seemed a bit lost. I also did not like that there didn't seem to be any one person in charge I could talk to, just a bunch of college age staff running around. However despite the service, the food was great and the locale made it all worth it. I would recommend anyone having a reception there to get flower arrangments, the tables with white linens are a bit boring. But the restaurant is great, with wonderful grounds, our tables were on a little covered patio thing next to a little pond and was just lovely. We are going back for our 1st anniversary!
