I left a review before (can't find it anymore), but I would like to apologize and correct it. I thought I was being unfairly billed and "tricked" into staying, so they can increase their revenue. It turns out that an error occurred in the billing process with the insurance. So, it was nobody's fault really. The billing staff was helpful in assisting me with this and I learned how to avoid these kind of insurance pitfalls. I do like the outpatient program. The hours are convenient and flexible, the staff is AWESOME and I really feel that the counselors care and want to help getting you back on the road to a much happier life. I recommend the Endeavor House New Life Counseling, because I believe that it contributed to the quality of my recovery.
