Me and my wife wanted to get our son certified and decided to the whole course down in Key West. We booked online through a company called key west dive center.com and best on key west.com. The guy on the phone explained that everything was included in the price, instruction, books, pool dives and boat dives. When we got to the shop, we realized that the dive shop was no shop at all. They were just a call center making reservations for Southpoint Divers. Thank god we went with Southpoint though. They explained everything to us and were very professional. Conner got certified in three days and had a great time. We went out with him as well on the afternoon dives. The dive boat was very clean, and easy to get on and off. The captain and divemaster were very patient and nothing was rushed. I would highly reccomend Southpoint Divers. Just make sure you go direct and avoid the middleman websites who are nothing more than people behind a desk and a phone who give wrong information.
