AIDS Help is a nonprofit community-based organization providing case-managed health care, housing, food, counseling, referral and support services for people suffering HIV and AIDS in Monroe County of the Florida Keys area. It conducts health education and risk reduction outreach programs, including drug counseling, HIV testing, needle exchange and shelter program. It provides case management, medical and nursing care and prevention services to the people suffering from the disease. The agency s Project AIDS Care is a Medicaid waiver program that provides patients access to Medicaid and home-based services. AIDS Help is located in Key West, Fla.
