This place is horrible. Advertises a heated pool which they don't have, claims to have a private beach it has a dirty swimming hole in between to docks and sand like concrete. Pool chairs were either broke or dirty. Parking is horrible.. I have a haddicapp child and they didn't have lighting in the stairway.. We had to move rooms the second night because our tv was broke and the refused to do anything the first night.. The shower curtain rod was barely attached o was so scared my kids would get injured. Closet door were off track phone was to staticy to use. Shade did not close on one window.. And I did not see one house keeper. Has to be the falsley advertised place I have ever stayed.. BE AWARE
This place is ok & awesome they accept pets but really dirty. Floors were very dirty . It appears they only surface clean. I hope the sheets are clean. :-\

Disgusting and nasty place to stay. Don't let the pictures fool you. The service and management have no bed side manners or professionalism. It has to be the worst place in the keys. Very dirty and in need of lots of work. My room had mold, rust, and a hole in the closet.

We stayed in the suites which are bay view and over look the pool. We loved the views and the beds weer great. Many weddings going on the weekend we were there. They were soooo wonderful to watch. We would love to go back. Oh, I had a massage by Kristi in my suite. It was great too. Ask about her at the front esk.
We stayed here and were totally satisfied with the service. We thought sleeping in the beds felt like being in heaven. The small beach on the Florida Bay was an added surprise as we were unaware you would get beachfront at that price. Try it you will like it too. We will be back.
We went here to relax and man, did we ever. The office staff was so helpful, the housekeepers always wanted to do something for us, and the area had the bay breeze and those wonderful sunsets. We would go here again once we save up our money. Thanks Bayside Inn Key Largo for everything.
